Our quest at Fit To Go is to help generation X & Y live a healthy, fun and active lifestyle from an early age and educate them on the importance of ‘Health and Fitness’ whilst teaching fundamentals movement skills and essential motor skills in a fun, non-competitive and supportive environment.
Our classes are designed to focus on a specific gross motor, hand-eye/foot-eye and/or balance and stability activity to complement early childhood development and our program structure is repeated each week so that participants become familiar and comfortable with the routine.
